Once you have found the perfect match for your idea –you can either contact our Hammerson Engage team to discuss your needs or simply fill out the enquiry form and we will contact you.
Availability & Confirmation
Once you have submitted your enquiry form and chatted to our team to agree a location, the best space, checked the date availability and confirmed the
cost –the booking process is quick and easy. You’ll need to complete an Enquiry Confirmation form (here’s an example). A member of our team will send you a
link to this form for you to complete the details needed to process your booking on our system.
Manage & Prepare
Once your Enquiry Confirmation Form has been submitted and processed, it will undergo a brief credit check and approval process before you will receive an email confirming your booking. Your onsite Hammerson Engage team member will provide ongoing support to get you up and running as quickly and easily as possible, and to make sure you get the most out of your selected activity.
