Where we store your personal data

The Data that we collect from our enquiry forms may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us, or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services to us. By submitting your relevant Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take such steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Data is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.

All Enquiry Data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our digital channels, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If your Data changes (such as post code, phone, e-mail or postal address), or if you no longer desire to be contacted about our products and services, you can correct, update or delete/deactivate your Data at any time. We take your online privacy very seriously, so if you need any assistance in unsubscribing to future communications please contact us. We will promptly take action to ensure that you are “opted-out” from receiving any further mailing or other information. Although we will remove your name from our e-mail list as quickly as possible, please recognise that there may be a period of time after you unsubscribe during which you may still receive e-mails from us. Additionally, in order to ensure you do not continue to receive correspondence from us, we retain your Data on a suspension list.

Our digital channels may contain links to other sites on the Web. The information practices of those websites are not covered by this privacy policy. Although we are committed to protecting your Personal Data, we cannot control and do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects Data. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and other account information.  

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your Data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your Personal Data to any third party for such purposes. Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access Personal Data held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.

Modifications of this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are responsible for checking this policy when you visit our digital channels to review the current policy. We will use Enquiry Data in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. If, however, we are going to use your Data differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not you want us to use your Data in this different manner.
